Work With Me
Second Chapter Coaching — with Kaja Sokola, The Model Therapist
You did everything right. You built the life, you held it together, you smiled in the photographs.
And then it broke anyway.
I know that room. I have lived in it — and I have spent my professional life learning how a woman walks out of it and builds something that is actually hers.
If you are standing in the middle of your own wreckage wondering who you are now — this is where we begin.
Who This Is For
This coaching is for women at the turning point:
• Going through divorce, betrayal, or the end of a marriage they gave everything to
• Rebuilding identity after years of being who everyone else needed
• Carrying a story they have never been able to tell out loud
• Successful on paper, quietly falling apart in private
• Ready — finally — to write the second chapter on their own terms
You do not need to be fixed. You need a witness, a strategist, and someone who has done this climb herself.
Running on Empty — Coaching for Burnout
Not every breaking point looks like a wreck. Sometimes it looks like a calendar that is full, a career that works, and a person who is quietly running on fumes.
This part of my coaching is for anyone — women and men — living with burnout: the exhaustion that sleep does not fix, the pressure that never fully lets go, the feeling that your life is productive on paper and unbearable in practice.
We work on the real mechanics: getting your energy back, finding a pace you can actually sustain, and building days that are productive and calm — a life that feels good to live, not just impressive to describe. No hustle-culture homework. No toxic positivity. Honest, steady change, at a human speed.
About Your Coach
Kaja Sokola is a clinical psychologist, writer, and former international model — The Model Therapist.
She began modeling at fourteen and built an international career in Paris, Milan, and New York before leaving the industry and retraining as a psychologist. Her work sits at the intersection of truth-telling and transformation: how the stories we tell shape who we become.
As a coach, Kaja brings both rooms with her — the professional training of a psychologist and the lived experience of a woman who survived the rooms she was put in, and now owns them. Her clients work with her because she does not flinch, does not judge, and does not let them lie to themselves.

The Offer
Clarity Session — $350
One 60-minute private session, online. Bring the situation that is keeping you up at night. Leave with a clear reading of where you are, what is actually yours to carry, and the next three moves.
The Second Chapter — $2,100
Six 60-minute private sessions over three months, online, plus message support between sessions. This is the deep work: identity, boundaries, grief, desire, money, men, children — and the woman underneath all of it. We map the chapter you're in, and we write the next one deliberately.
Ongoing partnership — $700/month
For women who want continuity after the package: two sessions a month, priority scheduling, ongoing message support.
A note on numbers of places: Kaja accepts a small number of coaching clients at a time, alongside her film and writing work.
How It Works
1. Book a discovery call — 20 minutes, free, no pressure. We talk about where you are and whether this is the right fit.
2. Choose your format — a single Clarity Session, or the Second Chapter package.
3. Meet online — private video sessions from wherever you are in the world.
4. Between sessions — package clients have message access; you are not doing the hard weeks alone.
Questions Women Ask
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not psychotherapy, and it is not a substitute for it. Coaching is forward-looking: where you are, where you're going, and what stands between. If together we see that therapy is what you need, I will tell you honestly and help you find it.
Is it confidential?
Completely. What you bring to our sessions stays in our sessions.
Where are sessions held?
Online, by private video call. Women work with Kaja from anywhere.
I've never done anything like this.
Most of my clients haven't. You don't need the right words. You just need to show up as you are — that's the material.
Coaching services are provided by Kaja Sokola as a coach. Coaching is not medical or mental-health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
