Kaja Sokola has been featured internationally for her work at the intersection of storytelling, justice, recovery, and culture.
Bio
Kaja Sokola is a psychologist, producer, and storyteller, turning personal truths into collective healing through film, writing, and conversation. Kaja has witnessed firsthand how systems built on illusion and silence create harm. Now, she’s using the tools of psychology and art to dismantle those illusions — in herself, and in culture at large.
Kaja’s work sits at the intersection of truth-telling and transformation, exploring how storytelling can be both therapy and revolution. Through film, books, and media, she explores the psychology of culture and the culture of psychology: how the stories we tell shape who we become.
